In this video tutorial, viewers learn how to use a pad, tampon or cup. To use a pad, take it out of the wrapper and peel off paper on one side of the pad. Then place the sticky part of the pad onto the crotch area of your underwear. To use a tampon, take it out of the wrapper. Then push down the thinner tube and insert it into the vagina. To use a cup, fold it in half. Then insert it into the vagina and let it unfold in the vagina.
